For the applicants who apply for thesis defense in case of no arrears in tuition and accommodation, they are supposed to study for the Degree 3 years.For academic postgraduates, at least one published journal paper is required (get signed by the supervisor).

Applicants who apply for the June grant will submit defense materials before 17:00 on March 22nd. The time limit for the defense will be on May 23rd.

Applicants who apply for the September grant will submit defense materials before 17:00 on April 19th.

The required submissions are as follows:

1. Graduation thesis in the formal format (one PDF copy with no display of names of the supervisor and the author in any place of the thesis). The file is named after the "student number + thesis title".

2. 2016 full-time postgraduate information table. The file is named after the "student number + student name".

3.Originality checking result given by university library (get signed by the supervisor).

4. Statements for Citation Check Report of Thesis/Dissertation (get signed by the supervisor).

5. Application Form for Master Dissertation Pre-qualification Submissions (get signed by the supervisor).
